Soak up the serenity in this spacious self-contained studio apartment. Boasting a 5+ meter high curved ceiling, stained glass windows and timber floors. The studio is a perfect place for couples. However, it can sleep up to four people with a queen bed and a double pull out sofa bed, all in the one open studio room, with adjoining private kitchen and bathroom facilities. Please note, this apartment in on the ground floor, however, there are three internal steps (with a handrail) leading to the private kitchen and bathroom.
As we are all about a good nights sleep, all our queen beds have Australian made Slumberland Devon mattresses, combining ultra-comfort materials such as premium memory foam, wool and fibre blend cushioning, with an individually pocketed, spring coil system, underpinned by a solid Australian timber frame and base.
The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including gas hot plates, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster & fridge. The kitchen contains plenty of utensils, baking equipment and dinnerware. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided.
There is a private, modern bathroom and a side deck with a view towards the main street.
Other provisions include a smart TV, complimentary access to Foxtel (including the Sports channel), Netflix and free WIFI. An overhead fan and reverse cycle air conditioner are provided. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable stays are our priority.
This is an historically listing building dating back to 1913, it was built by volunteers with love and devotion and was originally a Baptist Church. We hope you soak up the ambience and serenity of the lovely Old Church - a historic and iconic building within the charming mountain town of Maleny.
